DeathSpank is the award-winning action role-playing comedy created by Ron Gilbert, legendary creator of LucasArts’ Monkey Island series, and developed by Hothead Games. The franchise follows the absurd adventures of its overconfident hero, combining classic adventure game humor with fast-paced action gameplay.
Working closely with Hothead Games throughout the trilogy, Studio X Labs provided talent auditioning, voice recording, dialogue editing, final mastering, and delivery for all three DeathSpank titles. Ron Gilbert attended the recording sessions, collaborating directly with the team to help shape the performances and comedic timing that became a hallmark of the series.
